Over the last 20 years, Bill has completed designs and working drawings for customs homes all around the Newport Beach/ Costa Mesa area.  Many of his projects have been featured on local home tours and selectively published in Coast Magazine, Orange County Register and Remodel magazine. 

 

Mr. Cope prides himself on listening to the client's needs and desires and transforming them into solutions within a specified budget. With his ability to communicate ideas using words and drawings, the client's dreams turn into a reality.

Bill has been happily married to his wife, Lisa, for 24 years and together they have 3 children. In the off chance that Bill is not working, he loves watching sports, spending time with his family and catching a good movie.
